How to raise a complaint

Call (914) 228-6746 or email info@yorktownkitchenbath.com with your name, the date you contacted us, and what went wrong. A person, not a form, reads it.

What happens next

You get an acknowledgement within two business days. If the complaint is about a contractor we referred you to, we contact them, get their side, and come back to you within ten business days with what we found and what we did. Complaints about this site itself are handled by the owner directly.

If that is not enough

Complaints about a licensed contractor can also be made to the Westchester County Department of Consumer Protection, which licenses home improvement contractors in the county.
